Take the blinds out of the box. Unwrap them and be sure you do not cut the strings or damage the blind.
Make sure the tilt rod is firmly inserted in to motor.
Pug the battery tube into the motor.
Hang the Brackets using a drill. Have the lip open and drill to the side, back (if an outside mount) or up for ceiling mounts.
While the blind is still in the up position, put into the brackets.
Close the brackets and be sure they snap into place.
Close the brackets and still leave in the up position. Now its time to attached the battery tube. You can hang it behind the shade or down the side of the wall.
Put on the valance. Some like this one comes with a magnet. For other types of faux wood blinds or wooden blinds, you will need to put the valance clips on before you install the blind.
Once your blind and batteries are attached, now is the time to let the blind down. Pull the lift strings to the outside of the blind to release.
Test the remote to see if it works. You are done! Hit the my button to stop it where you want. The up and down will tilt it fully.
